13 Cookie Tote was warm and gooey when I got them and the Iced French Vanilla Coffee came out perfect!

I was disappointed that they were not able to fulfill my order and lacked the menu item that was my reason for ordering. The hasbrowns were good but the sandwich was hot, and now I still have to go find coffee. Definitely not thrilled with this experience.
