breakfast was awesome but small mistake I order a medium coffee and got back a small coffee maybe they ran out of medium cups

This is the second time I am missing my hash brown and this time I got a sausage and egg McMuffin instead of a steak and cheese McMuffin. I'm allergic to egg and it had egg on it. (I can have egg baked into stuff but not actual egg.)

I ordered a mcGriddle combo with OJ and a little mocha frappe.
1. instead of OJ I received orange powerade.
2. I did not receive the frappe.
Conclusion: 2 out of 4 items were incorrect or missing. The food was good but 50% order accuracy is trash.
