The fries were undercooked and the food didn't seem fresh per my kids

the fries were cold like they just came out the fridge and they had no salt what so ever and the Big Mac was good but it was extremely messy when it came and the hot n spicys were good too but I don't like the fact that theirs not a option to get sauce
