this is the 2nd time I've ordered in the last month and both times my orders where missing 1 meat Patty and considering I ordered the Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal its a disappointment

This is the third time in a row weve gotten fries that would barely fill a medium fry. Its just annoying paying for it when I could've spent 2$ less for a medium.
