I ordered a big Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes. I didn't recieve the hotcakes AT ALL. it's as if they don't pay attention to what they are doing when bagging the items. I got no straw either.
They are not very thorough when checking the bags

Pens Dinner Pack was excellent as usual. Shamrock Shake® was not so great. Perhaps I am old, but I recall the Shamrock Shake® having a good flavor. It seems to now be a vanilla shake with streaks if lime green food coloring. I am disappointed.
