I was pleasantly surprised that all I ordered was in my order. The big breakfast with pancakes. The pancakes, eggs, sausage and biscuit were so freshly prepared. I will use door dash to bring my meals as they have been and doing a great job in delivering my order. thank you very much.

Lately, every time I order the Basket of Fries , they put less & less in there, I might as well pay less & order a size to get them to fill the bag/box. They used to fill the basket up. This order was about the equivalent of 2 small fries.

The Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles® was good but was not very hot. The hashbrowns were ok. The Apple pie did not taste fresh, maybe left over from last night. I have had a lot fresher meals from McDonalds. B y the way, this McDonalds is located 1.5 miles from me. So no excuse for food to not be fresh.

This location cannot complete an order correctly. I ordered a Hot and Spicy BOF Chicken Pack that is supposed to include 4 x Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, basket of fries and 2 x 10-piece nuggets. This store seems to think that a "Spicy BOF Chicken Pack" is a single chicken sandwich that costs $18.79.

I know this is a fairly new McDonald's so I have been patient. However, it has been long enough that the kinks should be worked out. I have yet to receive an order that has been correct. I have received one order that was only drinks and the food was left out of the bag. Another order had completely wrong sauces while another left the sauces out entirely. Sandwiches missing. I could go on. This last order was 1 sausage egg McMuffin, 1 egg McMuffin and one sausage biscuit. Instead, I received 2 egg McMuffins and a sausage biscuit. In all instances, the receipt taped to the bag clearly indicated the correct order but it's contents were wrong. The restaurant needs to up its quality control game as I can not be the only one that has had these issues. A simple check of receipt vs what is in the bag before it is sealed would solve everything but this is clearly not being done. The food is typically good but something is always wrong or missing.
