I ordered a Strawberry Shake but received a vanilla shake. I don't understand why it's so hard to follow directions. If I wanted a vanilla shake I would have ordered one. Once again poor customer service.

Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit was burned and they forgot the Hash Browns. They keep forgetting items everytime we have gotten food from this location.
