This McD's cannot follow simple instructions. Even though a drink is specifically printed on the ticket, it was excluded from the order. It's not hard to follow. Time after time this happens.

I ordered a chicken Crispy Chicken McGriddles® and got a chicken biscuit and with the Sausage & Egg McMuffin® they put cheese on it and didn't order it with cheese. Bad service they can't get nothing right and it's the same McDonald's from last time

There were missing items the fries were cold and nasty the burger was dry the bread was hard and the chicken sandwiches were plain and I didn't ask for them to be plain
