This location normally does ok. I don't know what happened tonight.
The burger patties were covered in charred, blackened, chunks of hopefully meat. The bottom bun was so stiff you can knock on it.
How can you look at this and think it's ok to serve? I picked off a bunch of the black stuff but decided not to eat the food.

Cheese on McChicken® was dried out and nasty, 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® were not fully cooked and Strawberry Banana Smoothie were both not filled all the way up.

Big Mac Meal: big Mac was cold and dry. Fries were extremely cold and no salt. Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe both were cold not happy burgersQuarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe. I get that some restaurants want to fluctuate prices however the food should reflect the price and be better.

My caramel frappe was completely melted and only half full, no Xtra whip cream and no caramel drizzle. They forgot my hash brown, and the eggs were over cooked and dry in the burrito and had barely any cheese. McMuffin was good though.
