love the fish fillet sandwich w tartar sauce. very filling and also delicious--- can't beat that combination! I was surprised to see the no salt option missing from the hamburger selection. I don't need much salt in my diet and McD has been a good partner in my effort. still good food though

my favorite breakfast from McDonald's--hot, toasty Egg McMuffin with that melted cheese, and the hash browns which I gave myself as a special treat. I also ordered the pancakes which will be my late supper.
