whenever something is missing they never just issue you the refund. instead they on their own decide for you to substitute with an item that less than half of what you originally paid for

did not give any straws . did not give any sauces. i even paid extra for sauce and did not get it. and the dr pepper was disgusting you can tell there was no more soda in the machine. it tasted nothing like soda.
