I haven't ordered from this location in a long time and once again they didn't fail to disappoint me. Nuggets were extremely peppery and no condiment packets were provided although I paid for them. The lid on the drink had stains from another drink. As usual these workers are good at disappointing

Not only do the employees at this store NOT know the difference between BLUE POWERADE and ORANGE Fanta, but also they do NOT know how to cook their French fries. The fries were cold and firm and WERE STILL FROZEN IN THE CENTER!! Stay away from this store. They have no respect for their customers or the safety of their customers

I don't know what’s wrong with this McDonald's or who they have working there. They’ve messed up in my last 2 Doordash orders & 1 Drive through. I just ordered the new crispy sticks ($8) and they gave us 1 4pc Nuggets. Like really? Then on the double cheeseburger I specifically said no pickles (food allergies) and dang it there was 2 pickles on each burger. Really? They are really making my patience thin. I'll just have to order from a different Mc D’a. Bye bye to the one on Hampden. It's been nice knowing.
Luckily Doordash was nice enough to give us an extra $5 credit plus a replacement fee.

don't know how they still open the foods always precooked everybody including the owner and manager are lazy and most importantly the food quality isn't worth paying for also over taxing on door dash jus go to Bellview McDonald's way better they should close hampden for good.

This store is consistent. I only get breakfast from here and they get it right every time.
