My past few orders from this location have been horrible. They send old and dried-out fries which are also cold and hard. The big mac was not fresh, the bun stale and falling apart. This has to be the worst McDonald's in the area.

As soon as I received cold discolored French fries I knew which location this was, this is the worst McDonald's on Hallandale Beach Blvd. Those French fries were old cold undercooked and brown all at the same time, crazy!

For the 10 Piece McNuggets Meal, the nuggets were good, drink cold, but the fries tasted old and unsalted. The same for the As Featured In QPC Meal, burger and drink were good,fries were old and unsalted. The fries are usually great I'm not sure why we got the old batch.

The Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal didn't come with two filets there was only one, I paid for extra tartar sauce I barely received anything, the sandwich was dry as usual. They make the sandwiches with very little sauce so they can upcharge you on something they should give you automatically.
This location is notorious for not completely filling up drinks and fries. I ordered a Fanta fruit punch Freeze, size large, they only filled 3/4 of the cup. The large fries weren't completely filled as well, and why are the fries never fresh, ever?
I think they let door dash orders sit too long before the dasher comes to pick up the food. They should prepare the order after the dasher arrives, because why is there always an issue with freshness.
As for the free Big Mac® it would have been okay, but they skimp on the sauce so they can upcharge you, so the big Big Mac® was lacking in flavor because it's the sauce that makes the sandwich.
