No sauce for nuggets. And they were hard as hell.
Supposed to be no lettuce on chicken sandwich and it had lettuce and globs of mayo.

Every time I ordered from McDonalds there is something wrong with my ordered. I like their food but their customers service sucks. It is like they do not pay attention to my order and don't care what they are sending out.

didn't receive over half of the items I purchased, this location is the worst in Lancaster. I strongly recommend going to any other McDonald's in the area. the items I did receive like the cheeseburger tastes like it has sat in my back seat for two days, and maybe even sat or stepped on by the shape of the poor thing the bread was stale the burger dry and a bit hard. and of course no drinks to try and wash it down. the nuggets were definitely old cold and forgotten about. the fries were just as sad as the rest of the order. and sadly this isn't the first time. it's everytime. I usually just wait for door dash to switch the location to Franklin McDonalds at midnight 😔 horrible place do not order from here.
