there was only one slice of bacon on my mcgriddle that was like, rubbery, as if it was undercooked. it definitely could have been cooked for a little longer. the cheese and egg felt kind of slimy when I was holding it, and instead of a normal looking slice of cheese in my breakfast sandwich, all I saw were hardened pieces of cheese all over the ends, and shreds of cheese that were twisted all over the place. most of the cheese was on the ends hanging off the sandwich and were darker in color than the spots in the middle. Maybe from it getting melted or something. either way this was the first time I wasn't happy with my breakfast from McDonald's. not only because of the food , but because when I placed the order on doordash, instead of ordering it from the McDonald's that literally a 3-minute drive around the corner, they put the order in at the McDonald's on Rockdale Ave which caused my food to get cold.

The Big Macs we're excellent! They were still warm and the buns were fresh and soft. They also prepared it perfectly to my specifications. A great experience except they forgot to include the mayo packets I ordered.

ask for no salt on fries and they were loaded with salt. food is cold and shakes were melted because they put the hot and cold items together in the same bag & they should put hot & cold items in separate bags.

They charge me for 2 cookies and they just send me one , they charg me for a medium Strawberry Shake they send me a small one and the Mango Pineapple Smoothie was less it supposed to be
The only thing that was right in my order was the French Fries and caramel frappe
I'm so disappointed
