it was definitely made fresh! the Hash Browns were perfect, along with the egg Egg McMuffin® Meal. my only complaint would be no straw for my sprite but I have some here so no big deal!

just some advice: before canceling an entire order because you don't have shakes, wait for a sub preference. a coffee is only 20 cents more, and you don't even need to upcharge for the inconvenience. not everyone might want a coffee, I get it, and adding a soda would be a lesser charge... but at least wait for the response.
