I never have a problem and it helps me a lot I am a single disabled mother and I am unable to drive so when we want treats we call Door Dash and McDonalds is always a favorite. My sandwich was fresh and all my items were hot

It was fast food. Good and all, but fast food. Love McDonalds but a Big mac today will be exactly just as good as the one you will buy 10 yrs from now. No shade. Just facts.

I ask for Honey Packet for fries everytime I order. Last time I got nothing. This time honey mustard. This time requested extra cheese on both fish filet sandwiches and didnt get it. Whoever is expediting the orders to go out needs to pay closer attention.
