They didnt give me my whipped cream on my McFlurry and the fries were not salted at all

The sandwiches are always great here but they cant seem to get the fries right? Usually have little to no salt or they fill the container no more than halfway? What is going on? I have oredered here on doordash and with their app and either way the fries suffer lol
