Your pancakes & sausage has been a once a month guilty pleasure for many years. And as for the biscuit, well how can I place an order without getting a biscuit?

Ran out of Biscuits . They replaced the biscuits with egg. mcmuffin which was ok. Got the food it was just thrown together and was cold. This is the first time for that normally get good food from this store.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal; wanted to specify "no cheese." Website wouldn't allow me to make that change or at least I couldn't find the means of doing it. Called the restaurant and they were agreeable.

I ordered quarter pounder meal with nothing on the burger but lettuce and onion. This happens almost every time from this store, I'm not happy with this

the biscuits were great was nice and hot. the pancakes was hot but had no syrup or butter with them! so they were thrown away. when we called McDonald's they said they would try to do better. I have work fast food and I know sometimes things happen. but will we worked they offered us comp cards or would take name down to replace their order the next time they came through. I know they are a high volume store so one customer may not matter but as you lose one by one customer you will find it does.
