the fries were ice cold and the 2 cheese burgers had nothing on them. no ketchup no pickles no nothing. very disappointed

I ordered a Big Mac Meal with a strawberry shake and i did not get a shake i got a strawberry smoothie and what looks like pie or something and it wasnt even the right size because i asked for a medium and thats a small cup

The chicken nuggets were cold and had a weird texture. The double quarter pounder was fine but the fries were cold as well. Lastly I ordered 3 3-packs of cookies, so 9 cookies in total. I only received 6 cookies. Most of the food went largely uneaten. Idk what else to say. This is my standard order from the same restaurant I normally go to so idk what made this day so different but it wasn't good.

The meat on the trip qu pounder was way overcooked. Almost burnt. Frieswere overcooked also. Chickennuggets were ok, but extremely salty.
