The Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle was fresh and hot, so was the Sausage Biscuit and the hash browns were crispy.

Filet O Fish was drenched in tartar sauce to the point the sandwich couldn't be eaten and the fries were cold, old and only halfway filled up.. We live less than a mile away so the fries must have been cold before the dasher came to pick up the food. Worst mcdonalds we've had.

French Fries dry, and cold, stale. these should have been replaced hours ago. this store needs better management/franchise owners 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® also cold and dry and not due to the dasher who arrived quickly after pickup

Followed instructions very well and order arrived mostly correct (they left out all 5 Ketchup Packets I ordered, but we made it through). Kids were all happy with their orders (including specific burger condiment orders) and food arrived safely and warm, if not piping hot. I'll take it!
