Rest did not make sure the food was thoroughly cooked and prepared. Pancakes were cool to the touch.

This was a special order for which I paid but did not receive the item. Instead: cold generic Big Mac and older, cold chewy nuggets even though my dasher was fast. Also no straw. Expensive and terrible.
