I already spoke with the Manager on duty about the situation and have been refunded. However, the Triple Cheeseburger Meal and McDouble I ordered was so dry and burnt it wasn't even tolerable enough to eat. Tasted like it was cooked and forgotten about and then put in the heating bin for entirely too long. I order from here quite often, I know what good fresh food tastes like, I know what food that's been sitting too long tastes like as well and now I know what the burnt food tastes like, and not just kinda burnt, but totally burnt. The manager handled the issue very well and kept it professional even though I was noticeably upset, She was very kind and understanding and made it clear she would speak to the cooks to see why this happened!

Left out 3 pk Choco chip cookies $2.99, Big Mac nothing but Hamb patties and Big Mac sauce. I asked for NO Pickles. Manager needs to step up to their job and see that things are right and people do a decent job. DD service was perfect, thank you.

Everything was really good both hamburgers and fries were still warm. My desert a plain sundae was delicious too. DD was quick and let me know he was headed to make my delivery. Satisfied totally with all. Thanks.

Nuggets were fresh & hot , drink was FILLED not too much ice or not enough . Got a good amt of sauces so that's always a plus .
