My order was messed up. I ordered 2 double HAMBURGER with extra onion I got 2 double cheeseburger with no onion. called manager nothing she could do. food and service extremely poor. very disappointed. not McDonald's standards.

This store used to be my go to mcdonalds; especially when I needed food fast for the kids after school or inthe way to practice , etc.. however the last 4 - 6 times ive ordered whether through the app or on DoorDash, there has been at least one and up to 4 of the items I ordered missing. If it was a huge order, I wouldnt even mention it, but almost every time it's only been an order for 2 happy meals and maybe one adult meal. I dont think it should be that diff to fulfill a typical order like that... or at least notify the customer that there have been changes to their order due to running out of certain menu items.
