The pork baos are excellent and flavorful. But Lotus rice had dry meat and some hardened pieces, it is as if old meat was used.

Best Chao siu Bao - meaty, well flavored.
9. Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaves 糯米雞 was not as good, it was dry, it was not as flavorful and meat had strange ends, it seems like leftover meat was used.Meat was so dry.

Their bao is next level crave and definitely waiting in line worthy. Delivery is awesome when you have that crave but can't wait.
