Breaded Zucchini was overcooked with almost burned breading and mushy vegetable; lettuce in the salad wasn't crisp and fresh; marinara was tasty as always but there wasn't enough of it. I have ordered this Spaghetti Your Way a few times and have always had plenty of sauce but not this time; breadsticks were either old or warmed too long in a microwave oven. This is the first time a meal from Milano's has been sub-par.

My order was missing the side of two extra meatballs again. The lettuce in the salad was very wet and the pasta not well drained prior to adding sauce. Milano's needs quality control for the delivery orders.

I ordered Spaghetti Your Way which includes 2 meatballs. I also ordered a side of 2 additional meatballs which were not delivered. There was very little marinara sauce which looks suspiciously like their meat sauce. The salad was 98% lettuce with very few olives and croutons. This is the second time in a week Milanos has done my order wrong. I wll never order from them again due to their lack of standards and quality control.

I was eager to try Milano's considering they specialize in both Mediterranean and Italian foods and what a huge disappointment! The dishes that we ordered were as follows. Gyro plate & Italian sausage parmigiana. The hummus that comes with the gyro plate was disgusting and not at all fresh. The gyro meat itself was not at all fresh and tasted so old that it was inedible. The marinara sauce was bland and lacked any flavor and in fact tasted like canned crushed tomatoes. The portions were ridiculously small and all the food was ice cold. This was such a terrible experience and quite honestly I feel as though the owner or manager really doesn't care about the customers dining experience when they allow this to be served.
