Our first order of two sandwiches got cancelled after 50 minutes with no reason why. We were offered a free replacement or refund, decided to try again. We got the new order in another 40 minutes, almost an hour and a half after original order was placed. The food was completely burnt and dry, with a "handful" of fries. Awful.
