All rolls we ordered were exceptional! The kids Kid's California Roll is a fan size and perfect for picky eaters or not so picky too!

I have been to two Mint Tapas locations with a group of friends. We like the menus and taste of the Sandy location. When I ordered on the app, I was unsure which area because there was no specific information. For Atlantic Salmon Salad, I thought it would be a green mix of fruits and salad or some similar kind, such as a Tuna Tataki dish. However, the salmon Atlantic Salmon Salad order has only a tiny piece of salmon, two slices of potatoes, and thin slices of carrots. Not as I expected with the price of the item.

Mint has extremely high quality sushi. Fish is always fresh, presentation is amazing and always tasty.

Quality was terrible. The rice of the Nigiri Platter would fall apart immediately upon using chopsticks. Interesting Nigiri options-two smoked fish. Was not a fan of that.
Tempura was soggy and cold. But I enjoy how lightly fried it was!!

I rem orderig from this place when it open and I was so ha with the food. I was sayng itsi the next best sushi place in SLC. But the last few times I've ordered I have been very disappointed. The Wagyu Steak Salad was terrible. The steak was undercooked and had a bad flavor. The qu of the other items have gone down hill as well. Sad
