Best Chinese in Frederick. The Crispy Shredded Beef is amazing and the Chinese Style Dumplings were massive and amazing . Wonton Soup was comforting and Chicken Fried Rice was good with ample portions. Can't say enough good things about this place

This was my first time ordering and everything was very delicious. Best egg rolls in Fredrick for sure! Singapore Noodle was spicy and yummy. General Tso's Chicken was amaaaaazing but I docked a star because all of the delicious sticky sauce spilled out into the bag and all over the other containers of food.

The best Chinese food delivery available to us! Hot and Sour Soup good but not spicy. Singapore Noodle delivers a huge amount! Yummy with roast pork! General Tso Chicken good, but again not spicy! Moo goo gai pan was 8/10 per my husband - high praise!

Just okay- hit or miss. We love the the Kung Pao Chicken and General Tsos. Lo Mein is okay. I've ordered the Pho Tai 3x now and asked twice that the Tai (rare eye round) be packed separate from the broth like the dish is supposed to be prepared. Atleast 4 other restaurants in the area serve this traditional way, so it's not a strange request. Instead, Modern Asia ignores and overcooks beef in broth so that it is gray, rubbery, gross texture on arrival. The broth is always less than half the container amount advertised (3/4 full and over half displaced by tough meat.) Not enough broth, too many noodles. For Pho, I would recommend a true Vietnamese or lucky corner restaurant that will prepare pho tai the way it is meant to be served. Expensive mistake I won't make again. Also, condiments and basil were once not delivered with the pho, and twice I have not received any chopsticks or silverware when requested.

I order from Modern Asia once a week and they do a beautiful job. My orders are always ready on time, accurate and delicious.
My favorites are the General Tso chicken, chicken lomein, Panang Curry which the sauce is so flavorful. A+ flavor and value.
