expensive stale crunchy rice burrito with 3 pieces of steak which cost extra to add. 👎 They don't even know how to cook rice and the burrito was full of it like 95% very stale rice and 5% toppings which some are not free to add.

Chocolate Chip Cookie was small yet expensive- got two bigger fresh cookies when I ordered first/ last time months back. I asked for pinto beans and again got black beans in both. Barely any chicken in both Burritos- mostly large pieces of onions and peppers and loaded with semi hard, poorly cooked rice. One piece of chicken was was completely black on its side. I regret my order so much and feel stupid for giving this business another chance. Trust the ratings. My DoorDash driver was quick- only good thing to say about this experience. I can't digest black beans, so THANKS! How dare you charge these prices even with a BOGO it's super expensive for wrong garbage. Obviously this place does not care about customers. Disgusted and angry.

Lately everytime I order form here they mess up my burrito. They complete over saturate the burrito to the point you can even eat it there are so much filling. They always forget my free salsa and my burrito was FULL of cilantro I can't even eat it, so gross.

I most definitely will be ordering from here again. I got the edgy veggie burrito thinking that's all it would be but nope! I got two bags full of chips, a cookie in each, and salsa! Definitely worth it! 10/10 would definitely recommend

Burritos showed up as a ball. Not burrito shape. Had about half the amount of meat, rice, etc as usual. So much for the buy one get one free deal. They just make one and divide it into two tortillas and then roll them into a ball. Also didn't have any queso made. So they told my dasher to have me call the store and they would write my name down to get free queso next time. Seriously? I used to love Moe's. Don't think I will be eating there anymore.
