I never leave reviews fo food on here, but good gracious this was the better chinese food than I dreamed I'd find in RVA. The broth was so flavorful. All of the fresh ingredients were fresh. The noodles were obviously hand made and high quality. I can't wait to have this again.

I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 and Tea Egg 茶叶蛋 and everything was absolutely delicious. The beef was incredibly tender, the noodles were perfectly bouncy and soaked up all the flavor from the rich, homemade-tasting broth. You can really tell the care that went into making it. The tea eggs were the perfect savory side, too. Highly recommend this place hit the spot!

I love how the packaging separates the noodles from the soup so it stays fresh. I recommend the Braised Beef Noodle Soup 红烧牛肉面 with wide noodles! You would be surprised how much flavor gets absorbed into the wide noodles while main the freshness and chewiness of hand-cut noodles. I will say the soup was not as rich as I expected, but it was still really good!

Mr. Noodle did a nice job with packaging the food for transport and it came through fresh. The only thing missing was condiments! I would love to have some chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce included but there wasn't a spot to ask for that. Otherwise, excellent!
