• DoorDash orderFrozen (imitation) crab, frozen fish, and frozen shrimp. I understand not being close to the coast and not having fresh catches on the daily. But this is sort of abysmal. Not to mention the fact that the piece of Dynamite I picked up crumbled under my chopsticks after barely touching it. The 'spicy' Dynamite Roll wasn't even remotely spicy, unless I smothered it in wasabi. Which, I guess, killed the frozen fish taste.
Overall, a pretty big disappointment for the price. If i'm spending $40+ for two rolls, I hope for better quality. You're better off getting something something from Snowfox at Safeway, or something. They basically use the same ingredients.
Gyoza was decent, tho. Guess they did ONE thing right.

• DoorDash orderthe salmon and tuna sashimi were both soft and had a creamy mouth feel which i love personally, it's hard for me to choose if i enjoyed the Salmon and Tuna were both really tasty. the wasabi and ginger that came with it were perfect. i'm pretty sick so i ordered the Miso Soup to cheer myself, and probably because i am sick i couldn't tasty the full flavors of the broth but its still very tasty and the tofu is a great quality.
