this is my favorite place on DoorDash. big portions, cooked to perfection every time. spicy chicken and shrimp pasta is the best!

I was disappointed. I had heard they were really good, but I found the Marsala lacking. The chicken was a bit dry, but in good quantity. The sauce was full of bits of flour that hadn't been rendered correctly and lacked in flavor. Pasta was a spaghetti noodle. Had asked for a salad with no tomatoes or peppers, received a salad with only tomatoes and peppers. Garlic rolls were under cooked and had finger marks where they had been pulled apart and mashed almost flat. All together I won't be trying them through door dash again, may try them in location to see if the quality is better.

I want to say the Francaise was disappointing, but honestly it was just straight-up bad. Bland, bland, bland. White wine and lemon should make a bright, flavorful sauce - and it does, based on my experience with this dish at other restaurants. Whatever I got had all the flavor of a poorly made helping of buttered noodles. Still gave 3 stars because the Calamari was pretty good and I didn't hear any complaints from the recipient of the other entree. Portion sizes were great. Francaise was sadly a 1 star dish.

New customer for Napoli Italian Restaurant. Ordered Small Greek Salad & Spaghetti Combo with meat sauce, meatballs, and sausage thru DoorDash. I wanted to try variety. Huge Portions! Salad & meat sauce had great flavor. Sausage had No flavor in meat sauce, not even anise seed. NO MEATBALLS INCLUDED to try! That’s fault of Napoli, not DoorDash. Wife’s pizza was unexpectedly big, tasty.& loaded with toppings. Caprese Salad was fresh & very good. Calamari was as expected. Son said Francaise entré was really good. Rolls tasted metallic & were tough. Like most restaurants, Napoli will meet or exceed expectations, if you only expect mediocre service!

being a truck driver is hard finding good food. I saw this restaurant and I've decided to give it a go and I must say it was delicious and for the price they serve a lot of food.
