It's salty & savoury. Neither warms me nor cools me, just reaches a nice neutral temperature where each flavour is highlighted. So delicious and fresh.

Miso ramen was delicious and had great flavor. One of my containers was cracked at the bottom so most of the broth on one of the servings was gone. Luckily with there was enough broth to go around with the other two servings that I purchased. Will definitely order again.
