Twisted Turkey BLT is delicious. They put plenty of meat & Veggies on it. My new favorite.

In store orders great. Door Dash ( not DD fault) quality is bad . 2nd breakfast for me. hash browns fossilized. Hard as rocks, eggs meh not great. toast way over buttered. dont waste your money as I did

The absolutely best Hanni that I've ever had
The Shelby township store is fantastic. In Rochester they always overcook the chicken so we stopped buying them from them. Good work guys. Let your manager and Rochester know what we said.

Love it when you request hashbrowns well done and they actually cook them well done. I also added bacon tomato and green pepper to my hashbrowns with my Ham Omelet and it was delicious!! Still crispy hash browns via door dash is a winner

Disappointed in quality overall. The Hani used to be the best around and now its mediocre at best. Leo's and Kerby both have a better quality sandwich. Not to mention all the independent resturants that serve a similar sandwich. I used to go out of my way and willing pay more for NCI Hani Special but now icanget a better one anywhere. Not sure expanding from the original location in Warren was good for their quality.

Chicken was dry and overcooked
Overall sandwich was dry because they used a minuscule amount of mayo, maybe even forgot it all together.
Pita bread was hard, possibly even stale.
My daugher ordered cheese fries with cheese on the side, but no cheese was provided
Overall a terrible meal and don't expect I'll be ordering from here again.
