This place is decent for pho. They give you a lot of pho noodles and a fair amount of meat. As for the milk tea, it tastes like it's mixed with powder for the flavor. I will try other Vietnamese dishes from here the next time around.

You're paying for the portion, for no quality. The noodles tasted alright, but you could tell they weren't fresh, and the beef and chicken were chewy. The fried beef dumplings were also chewy, bland, and two of them were burnt.
