The griot was crispy on the outside and tender inside seasoned just right with that bold, savory flavor you want from Haitian fried pork. The rice and beans were fluffy and flavorful, not too dry, and soaked up the pikliz and juices perfectly. The beef patty had that golden flaky crust with a spicy, well-seasoned filling that hit as soon as you bit in. Definitely a plate that satisfies.

The Patties did not come with eggs or anything. It wasnt the best. Very flat with barely any meat.
