Our go to restaurant for delicious Malaysian food. The R1. Hometown Nasi Lemah and A1. Roti Canai are always so tasty and savory. The F8. Pad See Ew was spicy but with a milder flavor than last time I ordered (but I also got less allergic reaction this time which is always a good thing!) - will plan to reorder all dishes. Thank you!

Another satisfying order! I expected the Satay Tofu to be more dry and savory but it's moist from the boiled veggies, with an interesting sweet and ginger like flavor blend. The Curry Chicken Laksa Mee and A1. Roti Canai orders are as always delicious - and addictive. This restaurant is fast becoming among my favorite.

N8. Curry Chicken Laksa MeeA1. Roti Canai. Even with a minor allergy I have with what might be a commonly used ingredient - I won't let that stop me from ordering from this place as most if not everything I've ordered has been DELICIOUS.

R1. Hometown Nasi LemahA1. Roti Canai
The GOOD: Both orders were tasty. Savory flavors that combine very well with all the ingredients. The nasi lemah had a decent size portion of protein (chicken, eggs and anchovies) which is not common with nasi lemah that often include lots of rice but little protein. The NOT so good: I did get a headache after, which usually happens when MSG is used (which adds flavor but is not very healthy and causes reaction for some) or oil is overused in cooking. It's probably MSG - so perhaps next time I'll try another dish or take Tylenol!
