The "Special Steamed Foods" category includes 3 types of dumplings that are unique from other dumplings offered at NS Restaurant. Although still appetizers, the Shrimp and Soup Dumplings are unique in the sense that they are steamed specifically in the Wok and made traditionally.
Hello! Welcome to New Sichuan Restaurant! In this menu, we will guide you through each of the dishes we currently offer to bring you a taste of both American-Chinese and Native Sichuanese cuisine! Thank you and we hope you enjoy! In this category are a list of appetizers ranging from fried rolls to traditional dumplings and other small dishes to start a meal. Among the most popular in this section includes Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, Crab Rangoons, and of course, Sichuan Wontons in Red Oil.
Under this section includes several dishes of different sizes prepared as cold at NS Restaurant. Each of these dishes are uniquely native to the region of Sichuan and displays the true authenticity of the Sichuanese Cuisine.
In the "Wok, Stir-Fried Foods" section are popular Americanized Chinese dishes commonly ordered by customers. Despite this however, many of these dishes are still stir-fried and neatly prepared, and a few of these dishes (such as Bok-Choy) still remains popular among some Native Chinese. This section features fried rice and a wide variety of stir-fried noodles cooked in different sauces. Each noodle dish includes a variety of vegetables, as well as a choice of either chicken or shrimp (in the case of vegetarians, more vegetables will simply be added to compensate for the choice of meat).

Since Authentic Sichuanese cuisine is commonly known for its spiciness, many of the dishes offered under this section also come with varying degrees of spiciness. Commonly ordered dishes here include Dry Pot Chicken, Tri-Pepper Chicken, and Ma Po Tofu, some of which are known for the intense heat they bring. Under the "Authentic Sichuan Noodles" category is a list of unique, authentic noodle dishes native to Sichuan and other areas within Greater China. Each noodle dish is composed of noodles made of either wheat or potato (Jelly noodles), boiled or cooked with a unique flavor containing different toppings. Popular noodle dishes here include the Chongqing Noodles, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and the all time-favorite: Dan Dan Noodles.
