However, the salmon was a bit of a letdown. While the flavor was good, the texture was slightly dry, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. It could have benefited from a bit more moisture or a touch of seasoning to enhance its natural flavors.
Overall, while the Caesar salad was excellent, the salmon didn’t quite meet expectations. I would still consider returning for the salad and hope the salmon may be prepared differently next time.
