The Chashu Don was perfectly made. the rice was sticky and well cooked. the pork was thin, tender and flavorful. The egg was the perfect jammy texture like a ramen egg. And the garnishes and sauce were the perfect enhancements to the flavor. The size of the meal is great portion for lunch for most I think and a decent sized dinner for someone who has a moderate apetite. Will order, again and again and again.

Absolutely incredible Ramen. I've had the Tonkatsu twice in the past week because of how unbelievably delicious it was. Also the pork buns are fantastic. Lynbrook is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing restaurant! Ramen orders come with half a tea egg, a couple pieces of pork chashu (braised pork belly) and a bunch of veggies and mushroom. What an outstanding meal!

The only "complaint" I have is that the chicken got soggy, but you cant really do anything about that when you get food delivered. It was incredible, the Japanese Katsudon was delicious and the Pork Buns were perfect.

I heated the Spicy Miso Ramen on the stove top for 5mins. I didn't need to cause it was still decently hot on arrival but just cause. It was sooo good. I really like their broth. 1st time having pork buns it's good.
