Overall not bad although I've noticed lately that every time I've ordered, even when requesting what I'd consider a "common" bagel (like Everything or Asiago) I somehow still always end up with a plain bagel for my orders. Aside from that, the chocolate chip cookies are excellent and I highly recommend you tack one onto your order if you can.
