Authentic Thai flavor meets huge American portion sizes. The pad kra pao was a little too sweet for my taste, but you'll find the same variation in Thailand between different restaurants. Kai dao (fried egg) cooked with perfectly runny yoke.

The 60. Gaeng Panang curry at noble Thai is a classic and comforting vegetarian dish on a rainy day. I got it with veggies and no fish sauce. I also like topping it with a drizzle of sriracha and peanuts if I have them a home. (Trader Joes sriracha in picture)

They do it right. Authentic curry complete with Thai eggplant. Super tasty. I travel the country for a living and try green curry wherever I go. This is definitely in the top three! Very very good!

No flavor in any of their noodles. It's as if they don't use any seasoning or salt. Don't expect authentic tasting Thai food.
