I was so excited to try the new POP-UP FLAVOR ONLY UNTIL 2/4 - Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry Bundtlet, and it tastes amazing! It's not super sweet. The cream is lemony tart and the cake is raspberry swirls and super soft. They need to make this a staple with the Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Bundtlet.

The Strawberries & Cream Bundtlet was VERY good and I'll order it again! It was quite strawberry forward, with cream cheese frosting. Excellent! However, the red Red Velvet Bundtlet was not. Red Velvet cake should not have chocolate chips in it, it should not taste like a chocolate cake, and definitely shouldn't have buttercream frosting. Red Velvet batter contains cocoa powder, but not enough for it to be like a "chocolate cake". So, I will not be ordering that one again .

We got a gluten free 8” Bundt Cake in the lemon raspberry flavor and it was delicious. It was very moist for a gluten free cake.
