2nd time ordering from here. first time baked chicken was super dry so I tried fish this time and was equally disappointed it was hard and dry

everything was well seasoned. the only thing edible was the sides the chicken was super dry I cannot explain how dry it was and I ordered a 3 piece could chew or swallow it. will not be ordering baked chicken again. peach cobbler was okay.
