The drink was handed over to the delivery driver without a lid or stopper — it was completely open. That’s unacceptable, especially when a drink is being transported. You never know what could get into it during the journey. It’s a basic safety and hygiene standard that should never be overlooked.

The Nutella croffle tasted great, but the croffle itself was pretty hard - I don't know if that's normal or not. The Caramel Toffee Milk Tea tasted great as well.
