• DoorDash orderMy partner is Lebanese and we both agree this is the MOST authentic Mediterranean restaurant we've found in LA. Everything tastes like a home cooked meal. None of the other restaurants come close.

• DoorDash orderThe food from this place was really horrible. Everything lacked flavour, the Yassina Pizza was super soggy and flavourless. I would give the Beef Shawarma Pita and the Chicken Shawarma Pita 2/10, for lack of flavour and quality. The Grilled Halloumi Cheese + Watermelon was disgusting, the watermelon was slimy and the halloumi was barely grilled. The Spicy Garlic Potatoes were probably cooked 4 days ago and they were put in the microwave and sent to us. And someone needs to explain to me why the pistachio Lebanese Ice Cream was NEON green. Like how hard is it to make real pistachio ice cream, instead of adding food dye. We would never order from here again.

• DoorDash reviewMy recent dining experience at Open Sesame was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. Despite not having a reservation, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated within 15 minutes. The food was like a home-cooked meal, incredibly authentic, and bursting with flavor. Each dish was a delightful experience, and it was evident that great care was taken in preparing them. The service was also outstanding, exceeding all expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with delicious, homestyle food and impeccable service.
P.S. I ordered Shawarma from DoorDash the next day. Picture attched is the extra shawarma ordered online.
