Not all Starbucks are equal. I travel a lot and OZH is the only one I can count on for consistency and quality. Coffee is my happy treat, and I've never been disappointed here. They're my sanity heroes!

The BSOM shaken espresso i got today had the espresso and the cold foam, but didnt have the oatmilk between the two like it was supposed to, leaving a full inch of room at the top, and leaving the espresso shots burnt. I usually love this place tho, and they typically do a great job. Im sure it just got forgotten <3

Waited 45 minutes for one coffee. It's 3/4 full, and the wrong size. Third time ive had a screw up from here in the past 2 weeks

I asked For 3 shots of expresso and got 6 so cant even drink it it's to strong now that was one of them I ordered then I ordered a machiatto and got 3 shots of expresso when I only wanted one. I usually wouldnt complain but this is the only thing that gets me going for three kids and I rarely get to spoil myself and get Starbucks it's just ive never had an issue before today

Same thing everytime a Java chip frappuccino and my husband a fresh brewed coffee! Never disappointed:)
