The Cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh. However, the bread was not. It was dry, stale, and crumbly. You definitely need to eat them on the same day, rewarm-ing them is not an option. The next day after rewarm-ing, the burger was dry. The burgers are definitely good for the price, especially when you just want a burger fix but don't wanna get knocked over the head with the price.

Unsure why the quality is going down. Stale fries and the burger was dry. This never happened until my last 3 orders here, which the last 2 I ignored as I was trying to reason/ understand how tough their staff's jobs may be. Use this as feedback to improve and prosper with the Austin community. Good luck.

P. Terry's is the only place I go if I want a quick burger or chicken sandwich. The shakes are awesome, breakfast potatoes are on point, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are amazing. I could do a commercial for these guys.

Fries were ordered extra crispy but were cold and soggy. Chicken was dry and overcooked. But butgerwas delicious, cooked well and seasoned well.
