When i arrived to pick up my order they told me they had accidentally given it to someone else, but refused to remake the order for me. It took almost 10 minutes of debating back and forth before they finally agreed to remake it even though it was their mistake. Horrible service and experience.

The Burrito Bowl was so good definitely worth the money. For me the portions size was pretty decent. Definitely will be ordering again.

Much better than chipotle in my opinion! Burrito is wrapped perfectly and the chicken was really fresh. Love the blue corn tortilla chips.

I will always choose pancheros over Chipotle for their Burrito Bowls! Their ingredients are much better in quality, and tastes so much better.
